Shirlena the Poem by “Jim”

I doubt this inner sanctum understood your smooth tones

The desire to remain had fallen so easy

With the heat of the cold air demonstrated through absence

Searching for signs of heightened consumption

Life doesn’t always serve up someone like you

With smooth exterior to read through easy eyes

I swim in your words and dive deep underneath your waves

Still I come to the surface with fresh sight very alluring

Your luster has caught my gaze with deep and meaningful

Liquid amber honey drips from your lips with purpose

Cranial expanse to motivate willing responses encouraged

I will miss the eclectic that resonates your being

I will never forget to investigate the possibilities of all there in-between

Enigmatic telepathy of rhythmic scents that would cross the sea of connection
